Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition and execution of the Salesforce Agentforce roadmap and prioritise autonomous-agent use cases across business functions.
  • Define governance, security, operational standards, responsible AI practices, reusable frameworks, and scalable patterns for Agentforce adoption.
  • Provide AI solution direction, mentor delivery teams, run workshops, and support early project scope, feasibility, and business-case development.
  • Lead AI proofs of concept, pilots, and production deployments while evaluating emerging AI technologies.
  • Configure and deploy Salesforce autonomous agents, including agent actions, topics, instructions, guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Support testing, validation, monitoring, and evaluation of agent performance and business outcomes.
  • Design and deliver AI-enabled Salesforce solutions and integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Validate financial cost assumptions and identify high-value opportunities for Agentforce deployment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership across multiple products, systems, or platforms.
  • Significant experience developing and delivering AI, data analytics, machine learning, intelligent automation, or data science solutions with internal and external vendors.
  • Significant Salesforce experience, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience designing and implementing autonomous agents using Agentforce, including knowledge of Trust Layer, Prompt Builder, and Agent Builder.
  • Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, agentic AI frameworks, AI governance, security, ethics, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience with AI-enabled Service Cloud and Field Service solutions, complex Salesforce integrations, release management, DevOps practices, and the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework.
  • Salesforce certification with multiple cloud implementations and experience designing enterprise customer and operational workflows.
  • Strong technology consulting, problem-solving, delivery, communication, business-case, value-realisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems and technical concepts into practical AI solutions and prioritised opportunities.
