Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end growth features across onboarding, referral, and market discovery flows.
- Build and maintain core growth surfaces including leaderboards and referral systems.
- Partner with marketing to translate GTM needs into scoped engineering work.
- Instrument features with event tracking and funnel analytics.
- Run A/B experiments and analyze results to inform decisions.
- Identify drop-off points in acquisition and activation funnels.
Requirements
- Proven track record shipping production growth features end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Strong full-stack skills to build independently across frontend and backend.
- Comfortable working directly with marketing to translate requests into engineering work.
- Fluency in experimentation, including A/B testing and funnel analysis.
- Good product instincts to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience making speed versus quality tradeoffs.
