Base Salary
$220k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own iOS growth surfaces across installation, activation, onboarding, lifecycle messaging, conversion, retention, and paid upgrades.
- Lead experiments from hypothesis and instrumentation through implementation, analysis, and rollout, including flag-driven and server-driven testing patterns.
- Own in-app purchase and paywall surfaces, billing integrations, subscription and credit purchase flows, entitlement correctness, and pricing experiments.
- Build permission prompts, targeted push and lifecycle notifications, deep links, and measurement that improve retention.
- Partner with web, Android, design, product, data science, monetization, marketing, and core mobile teams to create consistent cross-platform experiences.
- Optimize App Store performance, attribution, install-to-activation, retention, notification engagement, paid conversion, and habit formation metrics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional mobile engineering experience shipping consumer iOS applications at meaningful scale.
- Strong native iOS skills in Swift, SwiftUI, or Objective-C, with flexibility to work across the stack.
- Experience owning the full mobile release cycle, including tooling, phased rollouts, store review, crash monitoring, regression monitoring, and safe rollback.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms such as Eppo, Statsig, Optimizely, or equivalent in-house systems.
- Ability to pull, segment, and interpret funnel data and make data-informed product decisions.
- Strong product judgment, execution, ownership, and interest in adopting and learning AI products.
- Preferred experience includes growth or experimentation-heavy teams, in-app payments, mobile attribution platforms, paid mobile acquisition, ASO, localized store metadata, backend or web development, and fast-growing startups.
