Base Salary
$220k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own growth surfaces across the mobile funnel on Android.
- Lead experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis to rollout, shipping many in parallel.
- Own in-app purchase and paywall surfaces, including billing integrations and pricing experiments.
- Build push and lifecycle notification experiences that drive user retention.
- Ensure cross-platform surfaces feel native and consistent across web, iOS, and Android.
- Optimize app store performance and attribution in collaboration with the Growth team.
- Focus on key metrics such as retention, conversion, and habit formation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional mobile engineering experience on Android.
- Strong native skills in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Experience owning a full release cycle for consumer apps.
- Ability to ship multiple experiments and product improvements in parallel.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation platforms.
- Comfort with data-informed decision-making and interpreting funnel data.
- Strong product judgment and self-motivation with ownership instincts.
