Base Salary
$83k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, modernization, and support of scalable full-stack applications for portfolio performance, compliance, and risk capabilities.
- Develop across frontend, backend, and data layers using C#, .NET, SQL, and Angular.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, technical designs, and resilient end-to-end software solutions.
- Deliver secure, reliable, maintainable applications supporting financing workflows, operational efficiency, and business growth.
- Drive software engineering practices including architecture, coding standards, code reviews, automated testing, debugging, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, production support, business, and product teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to developers and promote reusable solutions and modern engineering practices.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools and engineering practices to improve delivery speed, code quality, testing, and developer productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack expertise in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL, Angular, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong SQL and data analysis and transformation skills using DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Experience building and supporting operational and analytical applications in complex, high-availability environments.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, secure coding, code reviews, automated testing, debugging, application support, and CI/CD.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions while balancing functionality, performance, and risk.
- Experience with or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, technical leadership, and mentoring abilities.
- Preferred experience in portfolio accounting, performance, risk analysis, or financial services technology.
- Preferred experience with multithreaded applications, APIs, distributed systems, microservices, and modern UI/backend integration patterns.
- Preferred experience with GitLab, test automation within CI/CD, DevExpress or DevExtreme UI libraries, and Java/Angular full-stack development.
