Responsibilities

Define and drive technical architecture for QualityOS.
Architect and implement complex distributed systems.
Lead by example with engineering excellence through hands-on work.
Bridge product and platform teams to shape shared infrastructure.
Partner across MES product teams to integrate QualityOS into cohesive experiences.
Represent the quality domain in broader architectural decisions.
Raise the technical bar for the team through rigorous code review.
Identify systemic technical issues and create leverage through automation.

12+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams.
Experience with large enterprise applications and platforms.
Strong full-stack capabilities with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
User-focused engineering mindset to translate user needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
U.S. Person status required for access to export controlled data.
