Base Salary
$114k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical design and end-to-end development within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Architect and implement reusable Apex and Lightning Web Components using Salesforce design patterns.
- Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Drive automation across opportunity lifecycles, sales processes, and approvals.
- Translate business needs into reliable technical solutions with Product and Sales teams.
- Enforce best practices for security, governor limits, and test coverage.
- Lead technical projects across sprint cycles and mentor junior engineers.
- Maintain code quality through peer reviews and CI/CD processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer focused on Sales Cloud.
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Proven experience shipping production-grade code at scale.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience configuring Salesforce CPQ pricing rules, product bundles, and quote workflows.
- Preferred experience integrating CLM and legal review or contract processes with Salesforce workflows.
- Preferred experience building or extending Agentforce or Salesforce-native AI assistant tools.
