Base Salary
$161k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers and PMs to understand legal workflows and design practical evaluations.
- Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering, model selection, and tool design.
- Work with the model infra team to implement infrastructure for low-latency agent execution.
- Improve observability and instrumentation to profile agent behavior and identify bottlenecks.
- Stay current on developments in agentic systems and integrate learnings into product development.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience post-BS/MS.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
- Experience shipping user-facing products, either on the backend or full-stack.
- Passion for building effective domain-specific agents.
- Iterative mindset with the ability to develop proof of concepts and make quick decisions.
