Base Salary

$200k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Run the technical sales motion with account executives, including discovery and demos.
  • Deeply integrate with the prospect's technology stack and translate requirements into use cases.
  • Serve as a credible voice on security and compliance during the sales process.
  • Execute a clean handoff to Deployment at pilot kickoff with full technical context.
  • Build foundational SE toolkit including demo environments and evaluation frameworks.
  • Act as a bridge between field sales and product engineering to address objections.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in solutions engineering or a comparable pre-sales technical role.
  • Proven track record of selling technical products to senior IT and security buyers.
  • Genuine technical depth to engage in architecture reviews and debug integrations.
  • Fluency with modern IT and identity stacks, including IdPs and APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with ITSM, IGA, access management, or AI automation products is a plus.
