Base Salary
$152k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive technical solutions for complex Apigee and Application Integration workloads from technical evaluation through customer adoption.
- Develop architectures, prototypes, proofs of concept, demos, and functional customer-tailored solutions in partnership with sales teams.
- Provide deep technical consultation, advise customers, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Create reusable solutions and assets based on customer engagement learnings.
- Document, prioritize, and help resolve customer feature requests and issues with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience demoing, prototyping, or workshopping with customers.
- Experience engaging with or presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
- Preferred experience with modern application development, container orchestration systems, middleware technologies, API and integration platforms, integration architecture patterns, security protocols, enterprise messaging patterns, cloud technologies, cloud networking, and Google Cloud.
- Preferred knowledge of OAuth, mTLS, SAML, JWT, SSO, multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud strategies, SaaS applications, iPaaS, business automation solutions, and Agentic AI.
Benefits
- US base salary of $152000-$221000 plus a 42.86% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
