Base Salary
$160k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the partnership, including onboarding, regular check-ins, and ongoing support.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer use cases, technical requirements, and success criteria.
- Guide customers through product integrations, implementation, workflow adoption, and production rollout.
- Provide technical expertise on product capabilities, integrations, and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and debug customer issues, collaborating with engineering when needed.
- Assess and prioritize customer requests and issues, coordinate with engineering, track progress, and communicate resolutions.
- Communicate relevant product updates and feature releases aligned with customer needs.
- Manage APIs and integrations to ensure seamless customer functionality.
- Participate in team syncs, sprint planning and retrospectives, quarterly planning, and daily stand-up meetings.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience supporting software implementation.
- Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area, or willing to relocate.
- Healthcare experience is not required; familiarity with HIPAA, FHIR, HIE, IHE, EHR/EMR, NPI, TEFCA, ADT, HL7, HEDIS, RAF, SNOMED, LOINC, or ICD-10 is a plus.
