Responsibilities
- Share architectural perspectives on enterprise data, AI, agents, CRM, trust, identity, workflow, governance, and adoption.
- Partner with sellers and solution teams to uncover customer problems, shape technical strategy, and validate feasibility and cost-to-serve.
- Lead customer architecture discussions involving Data 360, Agentforce, data structures, AI readiness, identity, governance, integration, automation, and business value.
- Build demos, prototypes, proofs of concept, reference patterns, and architectural walkthroughs.
- Create reusable assets, enablement materials, best practices, and product feedback based on field learning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical architecture, enterprise architecture, solution engineering, consulting, implementation, software engineering, product development, or related work in complex enterprise environments.
- Track record of shaping technical strategy with customers or stakeholders, validating solution approaches, and connecting business needs to technology decisions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data, AI, integration, governance, security, privacy, and platform architecture concepts and patterns.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, delivery, or customer teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, another STEM field, or equivalent work experience.
- Graduate study is a plus.
- Helpful experience includes Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Informatica, Salesforce Platform, conversational AI, voice-enabled agents, telephony integrations, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, hyperscaler AI services, AI governance, observability, Python, and AI-assisted development pipelines.

- The stated base salary range is $148,190–$231,980 annually, with a location-specific range of $162,960–$255,150 annually in certain locations; compensation figures are excluded from benefit classification.
