Responsibilities
- Share a point of view on enterprise data and AI architecture, including agents, data platforms, CRM, trust, identity, workflow, governance, and adoption.
- Partner with sellers and solution teams to uncover customer problems, shape technical strategy, and pressure-test feasibility and cost-to-serve.
- Lead customer architecture discussions involving Data 360, Agentforce, data structures, AI readiness, identity management, governance, integration, automation, and business value.
- Build demos, prototypes, proofs of concept, reference patterns, and architectural walkthroughs for customers.
- Create reusable assets, enablement materials, best practices, and product feedback based on field learnings.
- Engage customer executives, enterprise architects, data platform owners, security and governance leaders, technical practitioners, sellers, partners, and delivery stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical architecture, enterprise architecture, solution engineering, consulting, implementation, software engineering, product development, or related work in complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to shape technical strategy, validate solution approaches, and connect business needs to technology decisions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data, AI, integration, governance, security, privacy, and platform architecture concepts and patterns.
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, delivery, and customer teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to executive and technical audiences.
- Curiosity and learning velocity in AI, data, automation, and agentic systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, another STEM field, or equivalent work experience.
- Helpful experience includes Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Informatica, Salesforce Platform, conversational AI, voice-enabled AI agents, telephony integrations, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, hyperscaler AI services, AI governance, observability, Python, demos, prototypes, workshops, and reference architectures.
