Base Salary
$130k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, governance, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to clients and translate business challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Define platform architecture, integration strategies, governance models, and development standards.
- Lead architectural reviews, technical decisions, solution governance, and technical escalations.
- Advise executive stakeholders and delivery teams on technology strategy and configuration-versus-customization trade-offs.
- Mentor architects, developers, and technical consultants.
- Support business development through solutioning, opportunity scoping, and client presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement of architecture standards, implementation methodologies, and ServiceNow practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of consulting experience with enterprise technology transformation.
- At least 4 years of ServiceNow platform architecture and multi-platform configuration experience.
- Experience leading multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations across product lines.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM certifications.
- Additional ServiceNow CIS certifications across multiple product lines.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, governance, integrations, platform strategy, and enterprise solution design.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, APIs, web services, and modern integration methodologies.
- Ability to communicate with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Preferred experience includes ITOM, SecOps, ITAM, Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery, ITIL, TOGAF, global transformation initiatives, complex integration programs, cloud-based platform implementations, change management, governance, and strategic technology consulting.
