Base Salary
$120k - $162k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead CRM solution architecture and design workstreams for wealth management, banking, and insurance clients.
- Advise clients on CRM strategy, platform selection, technology consolidation, solution design, and implementation recommendations.
- Translate financial services requirements into solution architectures, data models, configurations, integrations, and implementation plans.
- Facilitate requirements and design sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Design CRM solutions for advisor workflows, client servicing, case management, lead management, relationship management, and customer engagement.
- Evaluate CRM interactions with wealth management, advisor, accounting, billing, and core banking technology ecosystems.
- Manage solution design deliverables and workstreams while identifying risks, dependencies, and design decisions.
- Partner with product owners, business analysts, engineers, and client teams through design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Contribute expertise to proposals, client pursuits, reusable solution assets, and practice knowledge.
- Use AI tools and technologies to accelerate analysis, improve delivery efficiency, and support data-driven client recommendations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of consulting, CRM, technology implementation, or related experience, including ownership of solution design or technical workstreams.
- Experience designing or implementing CRM technologies within financial services.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise CRM technologies is preferred.
- Strong understanding of wealth management, banking, or insurance business processes and CRM capabilities.
- Ability to advise on CRM platform capabilities, technology selection, data models, integrations, and solution architecture.
- Experience facilitating client workshops and communicating recommendations to business and technology stakeholders.
- Familiarity with wealth management platforms, advisor technologies, accounting systems, billing platforms, or core banking technologies is a plus.
- Experience with Redtail, Wealthspire, Envestnet, wealth core platforms, or similar advisor and wealth technology solutions is a plus.
- Experience integrating AI tools such as ChatGPT into workflows, with critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure quality.
- Ability to travel 25–50%.
- Ability to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
