Base Salary

$118k - $176k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account and sales overlay teams to qualify opportunities, shape solution strategy, and win strategic software business.
  • Conduct customer and partner discovery to understand business goals, operational challenges, pain points, and technical requirements.
  • Design end-to-end EcoStruxure IT solutions and lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Support technical qualification, RFP responses, solution positioning, and customer advisory activities related to digital infrastructure, DCIM, monitoring, sustainability, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services to validate scope, deployment requirements, dependencies, and implementation assumptions.
  • Document architecture, scope, risks, responsibilities, and expected outcomes to ensure a clear transition from pre-sales to implementation.
  • Support partner enablement and help grow the EcoStruxure IT ecosystem across North America.
  • Potentially mentor other architects and help develop Solution Architect capabilities across North and South America.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, solution architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
  • Ability to translate business challenges and technical requirements into clear solution designs and value propositions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating across sales, product, engineering, services, and partner teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Preferred experience with data center infrastructure, DCIM, IT operations, cloud platforms, monitoring, sustainability solutions, enterprise software demonstrations, technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, RFP responses, partner enablement, digital twins, AI-enabled operations, integrations, APIs, or data-driven optimization.
