Base Salary
$83k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Veeva Vault Promomats solutions for content lifecycle management, review and approval workflows, and compliant distribution.
- Configure Veeva Vault Platform data models, workflows, metadata structures, security settings, and integrations.
- Execute end-to-end Veeva Vault migrations, including data mapping, transformation, validation, testing, deployment, and data quality assurance.
- Lead and mentor development and support teams while guiding solution design and delivery.
- Support solution development, testing, deployment, production operations, issue resolution, and platform optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, functional teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Veeva Vault technologies, including Veeva Vault Promomats, Vault Platform, Vault Migrations, and Vault CRM.
- Experience designing, configuring, and implementing Veeva Vault solutions for regulated business processes.
- Strong experience with Vault Platform configuration, data models, workflows, metadata structures, security models, and integrations.
- Proven experience executing end-to-end Veeva Vault migration projects.
- Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with solution development, testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.
- Understanding of governance, security controls, validation processes, and compliance-oriented system configurations.
- Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and guiding solution design and delivery.
- Preferred qualifications include scientific or operational workflow improvement, performance monitoring and optimization, testing leadership, complex production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, technical documentation, and adoption of new platform features and industry practices.
