Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Veeva Vault Promomats and Vault Platform solutions.
- Develop and maintain data models, workflows, metadata structures, security settings, and integrations.
- Execute end-to-end Veeva Vault migrations, including mapping, transformation, validation, testing, deployment, and data quality assurance.
- Lead solution development, testing, deployment, production support, issue resolution, and platform optimization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, functional teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation such as design specifications, migration strategies, release notes, and support procedures.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Veeva Vault technologies, including Veeva Vault Promomats, Vault Platform, Vault Migrations, and Vault CRM.
- Experience designing, configuring, and implementing Veeva Vault solutions for regulated business processes.
- Strong experience with Vault Platform data models, workflows, metadata structures, security models, and integrations.
- Proven experience executing end-to-end Veeva Vault migration projects.
- Experience gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with solution development, testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.
- Understanding of governance, security controls, validation processes, and compliance-oriented system configurations.
- Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and guiding solution design and delivery.
- Preferred experience includes scientific and operational workflow improvement, performance monitoring, scalability optimization, testing leadership, complex production troubleshooting, technical documentation, and adoption of new platform features.
