Responsibilities

  • Own discovery and validate business requirements against client objectives and platform capabilities.
  • Create and maintain BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs for end-to-end solution traceability.
  • Scope standard engagements and coordinate COGS validation across delivery, data, software, customer success, and strategy.
  • Align business, product, and technical teams throughout project delivery.
  • Represent product and platform expertise in RFPs, RFIs, demos, proposals, and upsell conversations.
  • Translate client and market feedback into product roadmap input.
  • Maintain solution integrity through launch, identify delivery risks, and coordinate pre-sales-to-delivery handoffs.
  • Guide clients and internal teams through scope, cost, and feasibility tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in solutions architecture, business requirements analysis, or technical pre-sales within a technology environment.
  • Experience documenting business requirements in BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs.
  • Experience validating delivery cost estimates across data/analytics, software, customer success, and strategy workstreams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, waterfall, and iterative delivery methodologies.
  • Experience building solution demos, proposals, and pitch materials for RFP, RFI, and upsell settings.
  • Experience coordinating dependencies across marketing, data/analytics, and partner integration workstreams.
  • Ability to identify scope drift and delivery risk and develop corrective action plans.
  • Preferred: knowledge of loyalty marketing programs and mechanics.
  • Preferred: delivery experience in retail, financial services, or travel and hospitality.
  • Preferred: familiarity with MarTech platforms, including campaign management, CDP, and personalization tools.
