Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, configure, and customize Informatica MDM solutions and related components.
- Develop and manage match-and-merge rules, trust frameworks, hierarchies, validation rules, and business rules.
- Gather master data requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis, profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.
- Integrate Informatica MDM with source and target applications using ETL tools and APIs.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support data governance, data quality, security standards, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM development.
- Strong experience with Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Director, match-and-merge configuration, data modeling, data governance concepts, Hierarchy Manager, and trust and validation rules.
- Good understanding of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter or IICS is preferred.
- Knowledge of web services, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare is preferred.
- Exposure to Informatica Cloud, Data Quality, or data governance tools is preferred.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and Informatica MDM certification are preferred.
