Base Salary
$116k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead feature and architecture improvements for Ci’s mobile applications.
- Develop critical mobile app features and help resolve challenging mobile development problems.
- Mentor team members on mobile application development best practices.
- Champion and evaluate AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and development velocity.
- Create and maintain automated test frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, Product, DevOps, QA, browser, and API teams on design, roadmap, deployment, testing, and cross-device support.
- Coordinate mobile app development with teams improving browser and REST API functionality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building high-quality mobile applications.
- Ability to bootstrap new applications from initial concept through app-store publication.
- Extensive experience with React Native for cross-platform iOS, Android, and Apple TV applications.
- Experience with automated packaging and deployment to the Apple and Google Play stores, such as fastlane or Bitrise.
- Experience building native modules with Swift, Kotlin, and Java.
- Experience building applications that consume REST APIs and applying authentication and authorization concepts in mobile applications.
- Experience using Redux and RTK Query for React Native state management.
- Experience working with fully remote teams.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT for code generation, including responsible evaluation and production use.
- Preferred: digital media experience, video playback and Digital Rights Management integration, server-side REST API development with C# and ASP.NET, and current Web UI technology knowledge.
