Responsibilities

Translate product requirements into architectural documents and diagrams.
Maintain accurate architectural documentation reflecting the current application state.
Make architectural decisions for features added to mobile applications.
Align application architecture with the strategic direction of the product.
Conduct code reviews and promote efficient code engineering.
Ensure applications follow software engineering best practices.
Own the stability and reliability of products under the role’s purview.
Create and enforce processes that improve developer efficiency and productivity.
Participate in screening engineers for hire.
Mentor junior engineers.
Participate in product planning and provide technical expertise to support innovation and business goals.

At least 10 years of proven experience in system design, architecture, and development.
Experience with native mobile development using Flutter/Dart, Android/Java, and iOS/Swift.
Software development and coding experience in Java.
Understanding of software quality assurance principles.
Strong technical mindset and attention to detail.
High-quality organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
