Responsibilities

Lead the design of enterprise-class software modules for secure, scalable, resilient cloud-native SaaS applications.
Establish technical roadmaps with cross-functional stakeholders and align engineering and product teams with business objectives.
Coach and mentor peers through code reviews, technical guidance, and collaborative troubleshooting.
Shape security architecture best practices and develop strategies for complex technical challenges.
Design solutions that balance technical debt, speed to market, long-term stability, and patient-centric outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10+ years of experience programming scalable software, including at least 3+ years in a lead design or architectural role.
Deep expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
Experience with microservices, Domain-Driven Design, distributed systems, relational and NoSQL databases, and event streaming such as Kafka or NATS.
Understanding of cloud-native development, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration.
Experience designing highly scalable, low-latency, observable enterprise applications.
Familiarity with reactive or functional programming and distributed cache grids.
Comfort working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong commitment to CI/CD principles.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and commitment to documentation, quality assurance, and engineering best practices.
