Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications using Pega Platform to meet business process and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable Pega business process management solutions.
- Configure, customize, debug, and optimize Pega applications for functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Troubleshoot application functionality and performance issues.
- Participate independently in team discussions and provide subject-matter expertise.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Pega Platform is required.
- Proficiency in Pega Platform and experience designing and implementing Pega business process management solutions.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization in the Pega environment.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in debugging and optimizing Pega applications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
