Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET, and related technologies.
- Build and enhance integrations with the Relativity platform using Relativity APIs, SDKs, and extensibility capabilities.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for internal and customer-facing applications.
- Create and maintain web applications using Angular, React, Vue, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
- Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and data access layers.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Business Analysts, QA, Operations, Architects, and other Software Engineers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation, performance optimization, and platform improvements.
- Work effectively with global teams and support occasional schedule flexibility for global project activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong application development experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience building REST APIs and web services.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, relational database design, and database performance optimization.
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles and software design patterns.
- Experience with Git and modern source control practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
- Preferred experience includes Relativity application development, ASP.NET Core, Azure or AWS, enterprise-scale software, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, legal technology, eDiscovery, data governance, and information lifecycle management.
