Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues across critical business applications.
- Monitor system alerts, logs, and performance to identify potential problems.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Python.
- At least 3 years of overall experience is required.
- Strong software application debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze logs and trace errors to their underlying causes.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and incident management processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
