Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance web applications across frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Implement security and data protection measures and resolve application issues to minimize downtime.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and conduct code reviews.
- Use AI coding assistants daily for frontend, backend, API development, testing, documentation, and AI-assisted code reviews.
- Design enterprise applications using current design patterns and present solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Seven years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot backend technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of API design and development and experience with Git.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and experience integrating AI algorithms and models into applications.
- Fluent daily use of GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent AI coding assistants.
- Ability to critically review AI-generated results and take accountability for AI-driven outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
