Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
- Integrate mainstream AI coding tools into daily workflow to maximize development efficiency.
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction.
- Act as a full stack 'seed' within your team, championing full stack practices and mentoring peers.
- Identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements.
- Contribute to the full product lifecycle from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or AI-related major.
- 1–5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Solid foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
- Proficiency in Node.js and React.
- Experience owning end-to-end projects in production.
- Familiarity with database design and core backend concepts.
- Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
- Ability to articulate requirements to AI tools and validate AI-generated code.
- Self-driven and proactive in identifying tasks.
- Product and operational mindset to turn vague ideas into clear specs.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills.
