Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
- Use mainstream AI coding tools as a core part of the daily development workflow.
- Translate product requirements into implementations with minimal frontend/backend handoff friction.
- Champion full stack practices, mentor peers, and scale AI-augmented development across the organization.
- Identify cross-team collaboration bottlenecks and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes.
- Contribute across ideation, design, deployment, and iteration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or an AI-related major is preferred.
- 1–5 years of professional experience.
- Solid foundation in at least one backend language, such as Java or Golang.
- Proficiency in Node.js and React.
- Experience owning end-to-end production projects beyond personal side projects.
- Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
- High proficiency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
- Ability to specify requirements and constraints for AI tools and review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, learning, product, and operational skills.
- Frontend candidates should have strong React engineering depth, familiarity with build tooling and TypeScript, automated testing experience, and understanding of rendering and performance systems.
- Backend candidates should understand high-concurrency programming, threading, locking, asynchronous programming, message queues, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Open-source contributions, notable GitHub projects, or cross-platform development experience are nice to have.
