Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
- Integrate Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools into daily development workflows.
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff between frontend and backend.
- Champion full-stack practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization.
- Identify cross-team collaboration bottlenecks and propose improvements to product, design, and engineering processes.
- Contribute to the full product lifecycle from ideation and design through deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; a Computer Science or AI-related major is preferred.
- One to five years of professional experience is required.
- Strong foundation in at least one backend language, specifically Java or Golang, plus proficiency in Node.js and React.
- Experience owning end-to-end production projects beyond personal side projects.
- Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
- High proficiency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar tools.
- Ability to specify requirements and constraints for AI tools and review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, learning, product, operational, and self-directed working abilities.
- Frontend-oriented candidates should have strong React engineering depth, TypeScript and build-tooling familiarity, automated testing experience, and knowledge of rendering and performance optimization.
- Backend-oriented candidates should understand high-concurrency programming, threading, locking, asynchronous programming, message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ, eventual consistency, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Open-source contributions, notable GitHub projects, or cross-platform development experience with iOS, Android, or Web are preferred.
