Base Salary
$155k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical demos and stand up proof-of-concept environments with defined success criteria and timely execution
- Support technical discovery with Account Executives by mapping stakeholders, gathering requirements, and addressing technical objections
- Deploy and troubleshoot containerized AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes-based stacks while optimizing performance and cost
- Help customers adapt workloads from AWS, GCP, or Azure to Crusoe infrastructure and explain the tradeoffs
- Document product gaps and field bugs in sufficient detail for Engineering to reproduce them and relay structured customer feedback to Product
- Create transition documents and instance summaries to support stable post-sale handoffs to customer success teams
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building, deploying, or operating cloud infrastructure, with exposure to AI/ML, HPC, or GPU workloads
- Hands-on proficiency with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience deploying containerized workloads with Kubernetes or Docker
- Strong Linux command-line skills and scripting ability in Python or Bash
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including VPCs, subnets, load balancers, DNS, and routing
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, present demos, and write customer-facing documentation
- Customer-facing judgment, curiosity about business problems, composure under questions, and strong follow-through
- Preferred experience with distributed training or inference frameworks such as PyTorch, Ray, or Kubeflow
- Preferred infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Preferred exposure to GPU clusters, InfiniBand, RoCE, or Slurm
- Preferred experience with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or CloudWatch
- Public technical content such as talks, blog posts, or how-to guides is a bonus
