Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop novel AI products that provide customers with new workflows.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Take ownership of critical projects and ramp up to own entire products or customers.
- Mentor future hires and contribute through pairing and code reviews.
- Help shape the company’s engineering culture.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies.
- Computer science degree from a top university.
- Strong product sense.
- High degree of ownership and ability to operate autonomously.
- Interest in working in person, speaking with customers, and developing AI tools.
