Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Write production-ready, testable code with full-stack ownership.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and improve operational practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on engineering standards and development procedures.
- Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
- Apply software reliability engineering standards throughout development.
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, scrum masters, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Prioritize and size work for incremental delivery while communicating blockers and delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Generally a minimum of seven years of experience.
- React frontend experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of software development practices, product features, user flows, team domains, and business strategy.
- Ability to define and fulfill solutions for end users and collaborate across product development.
- Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and best practices.
- Effective problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
