Responsibilities
- Own the development roadmap for internal AI-based security advisory tools and intelligent agents.
- Build and optimize RAG data pipelines using sources such as Google Docs, ServiceNow knowledge articles, and slide decks.
- Refine prompts and tune LLM performance to produce accurate, grounded, technically sound, and user-friendly guidance.
- Build low-code self-service interfaces with Outsystems or similar platforms.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks in IRAAM, PETRA, and OIA and engineer automation solutions.
- Maintain and optimize Google Apps Script and related operational tools for reliable data aggregation.
- Provide technical support for AI and automation incidents and coordinate permanent fixes with platform teams.
- Enable security coordinators and end users to use automated security tools effectively.
- Monitor usage and AI response accuracy and propose continuous improvements.
- Translate security and privacy expertise into logic-based automation and AI workflows while researching emerging AI and machine learning applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML applications and workflow automation.
- Proven experience engineering RAG and LLM integrations, data pipelines, and methods to mitigate AI hallucinations.
- Experience with Outsystems, Roche LEAP, or similar enterprise low-code technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Google Apps Script, and Python.
- Experience with data visualization or analytics tools such as Snowflake, ThoughtSpot, or Tableau.
- Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly GRC and ITSM, is advantageous.
- Understanding of information security principles, data privacy, risk controls, and complex data flows.
- Ability to debug automation failures and identify root causes of AI hallucinations or data mismatches.
- Strong communication, collaboration, self-direction, user-centric design, and technical workstream ownership skills.
- Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical, healthcare, or finance environment is a plus.
