Base Salary
$250k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and deploy LLMs for real-time voice-based borrower interactions.
- Design and iterate on prompt strategies to improve AI performance and compliance.
- Build evaluation systems using proprietary datasets to benchmark LLM and AI agent performance.
- Train and implement domain-specific AI models for consumer lending.
- Ensure AI solutions meet FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA requirements and scale efficiently.
- Build AI-driven workflows, data pipelines, and APIs integrating with loan servicing platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve agent quality and borrower experience.
- Translate business requirements into AI solutions and collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and deploying ML/AI systems in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Track record of shipping end-to-end AI systems central to company operations.
- Strong product mindset and ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
