Base Salary
$155k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end cloud onboarding process for new business units and applications.
- Implement secure landing zones, multi-account structures, IAM, and policies.
- Enforce tagging standards and governance frameworks for accountability and cost tracking.
- Manage IAM, SSO, and role-based access controls across all clouds.
- Design and implement security controls including encryption and audit logging.
- Address security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps in collaboration with InfoSec.
- Lead compliance audits and cloud security assessments.
- Drive cloud financial management including forecasting and budgeting.
- Identify cost-optimization opportunities through architecture reviews.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code templates and automation pipelines.
- Mentor and coach junior cloud engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of CloudOps/Engineering/Architecture experience with AWS, Azure, GCP.
- Expertise in IAM, security policies, and access controls across multi-cloud.
- Strong skills in automation/IaC using Terraform, Python, and CI/CD.
- Proven experience in cloud financial management and cost optimization.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks like FedRAMP and SOC 2.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with mentoring experience.
- Understanding of FedRAMP operational controls is a plus.
