Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive web applications for customer service and collections associates.
- Develop Angular user interfaces and C#/.NET backend services, BFF patterns, APIs, and integration services.
- Integrate applications with enterprise systems, third-party services, and the Alfa loan accounting platform.
- Translate servicing and collections processes into effective tools and workflows with business and technology stakeholders.
- Support design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and production support across the software lifecycle.
- Improve application performance, usability, reliability, and scalability.
- Develop reusable code and shared libraries and support secure handling of sensitive data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience building full-stack web applications with modern front-end UIs and middle-tier or API services.
- Proficiency with Angular 17 or later, Angular Material, C#, .NET 8 or later, YARP, SSO authentication, and mTLS.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
- Working knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, including basic SQL query optimization and relational data models.
- Understanding of secure coding, authentication, authorization, encryption, and handling PII.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests and using Git and GitHub.
- Comfort working in Microsoft Azure and willingness to use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and OpenCode.
- Preferred qualifications include operational or workflow application development, financial-system integration, microservices or distributed-systems experience, Agile development, CI/CD, IIS, performance testing, release management, and regulated-data experience.

- Hybrid work arrangement based at the Richmond, Virginia corporate office, with Richmond associates working onsite 4 days per week.

- Full-time hourly or commission/incentive-eligible associates can accrue up to 48 hours of sick time and 80–200 hours of vacation annually after a 90-day waiting period, depending on service.
- Full-time salaried associates receive paid time away as needed, subject to manager approval.
- May be eligible for bonus and equity.
