Responsibilities
- Partner with product owners to understand application capabilities, business priorities, and testing scenarios.
- Deliver and maintain Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Configure Workday business processes, calculated fields, custom reports, and related functional capabilities.
- Identify process improvements and collaborate with HR partners to redesign business processes.
- Research, test, and remain current on Workday updates, fixes, and capabilities.
- Create and maintain thorough system implementation documentation.
- Serve as a primary contact for business and technical questions about Workday.
- Provide production support by troubleshooting issues, testing fixes, and coordinating resolution with business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks, including HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Performance Management.
- At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within Workday.
- At least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports.
- Preferred: 5+ years of Workday functional configuration experience.
- Preferred: Workday or Workday Pro certification in HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, or Performance Management.
- Preferred: 2+ years of Workday Security or Workday Reporting experience.
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders.
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment is preferred.
