Base Salary
$80k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Build and enhance Lightning pages, custom components, workflows, business automation, and solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Configure Salesforce Flow, validation rules, custom objects, permission sets, and other platform capabilities.
- Build and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
- Participate in solution design, technical reviews, code reviews, estimation, requirements refinement, and acceptance-criteria development.
- Support QA, UAT, defect resolution, production validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Follow source-control, branching, deployment, release-management, code-quality, testing, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with onshore, offshore, nearshore, and vendor development teams and monitor Salesforce platform releases.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience and deep Lightning Web Components experience.
- Strong Apex skills, including triggers, classes, asynchronous Apex, batch processing, and test classes.
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce data models, security models, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and access controls.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, declarative automation, APIs, Salesforce DX, source control, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Flosum, Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools.
- Understanding of enterprise development standards, code review, release management, and SDLC.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with Experience Cloud, external portals, complex integrations, data migrations, large-volume data processing, MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CRMA, Tableau, Data Cloud, Agentforce, automated testing, or QA automation.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Experience Cloud Consultant.
- Insurance, brokerage, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience is preferred.
