Responsibilities
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design and integrate AI solutions across enterprise technology stacks, APIs, event streams, and data sources.
- Build agents, tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory systems, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector database integration, observability, and guardrails.
- Write clean, testable code and implement robust error handling, retries, fallbacks, unit tests, integration tests, evaluations, and safety scenarios.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, and communicate trade-offs and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into existing systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and speed.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
- Core proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java is requested.
- Experience with relevant frameworks, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs is expected or beneficial.
- C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, and Bash are listed as additional or nice-to-have technologies.
