Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power Apps solutions and Power Automate workflows for business processes.
- Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports covering sales KPIs, enquiries, and performance metrics.
- Manage application data using Dataverse and Dataflows.
- Integrate digital solutions with Microsoft platforms and external systems through APIs.
- Improve existing applications and workflows based on user feedback and changing business needs.
- Manage deployment, testing, and maintenance across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
- Document solution logic, coding, and decisions to support ongoing maintenance and handover.
- Support testing, validation, training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for deployed tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, data, or business analytics.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong experience with workflow automation and low-code application development.
- Working knowledge of Dataverse, Dataflows, REST/JSON API integrations, and SAP-driven business processes.
- Preferable experience working with SAP ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, and structured data management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional digital solutions.
