Responsibilities
- Develop custom full-stack software solutions and enhance components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Build backend and frontend components with seamless integration using Java and modern web technologies.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions using engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support technology integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Backend experience with at least one of Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
