Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and integrate front-end and back-end components for scalable enterprise applications.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, and productivity improvement.
- Integrate pre-built AI services, APIs, and RAG-based features into applications where relevant.
- Apply engineering best practices to deliver robust, high-performing software without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development life cycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with emphasis on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with one or more backend technologies such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
