Responsibilities
- Build and improve product features across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
- Design and evolve backend APIs and services.
- Collaborate with Product, ML, and Design to take projects from idea to production.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to team best practices.
- Help build reliable real-time transcription, healthcare integrations, and AI-powered workflows at scale.
Requirements
- Have solid foundations in Computer Science.
- Have 4+ years of industry experience in full-stack engineering.
- Be proficient in React; strong Vue.js experience is also considered.
- Be proficient in at least one backend language such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, C#/.NET, Go, or Rust.
- Be comfortable working with AI coding tools and agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Copilot.
- Be curious, eager to learn, motivated to grow, and committed to code quality and maintainability.
- Be comfortable working in an international team where English is the primary language.
