Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and design software solutions based on information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Develop, test, debug, modify, and maintain software modules and programs for client deployment.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and recommend performance improvements.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff on requirements, specifications, interfaces, and delivery.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, reports, status updates, and project or implementation records according to defined standards.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Capture client clarifications and feedback, respond to customer requests, and communicate quality risks and usability concerns to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to learn programming languages and improve relevant skills.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in software design, development, testing, debugging, maintenance, and problem analysis is required by the role description.
- Ability to study requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and software feasibility and convert client needs into workable designs.
- Ability to create and execute software validation tests and ensure code is error-free or appropriately corrected.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, engineering staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, reports, code comments, diagrams, and project status updates.
- Ability to support customer communication, quality assurance, troubleshooting, delivery tracking, and serviceability feedback.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education, training, and skill-upgrading certifications.
