Responsibilities
- Develop and support quality engineering solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and execute scalable applications, test frameworks, tools, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Automate UI and API tests, analyze test results, and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify, triage, track, and verify software defects.
- Maintain and enhance automated test suites.
- Review documentation and participate in product, test, and infrastructure code reviews.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to understand requirements and support timely deliveries.
- Communicate project status and risks and understand deployment, migration, security, and performance considerations in the delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- Requires 2–4 years of experience.
- Experience with Python programming and object-oriented principles.
- Experience with Playwright and UI-driven test automation tools.
- Knowledge of UI and API automation, Robot Framework, and Postman.
- Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and software testing techniques.
- Experience with Windows and Linux/UNIX environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with different technologies and programming environments and collaborate in an agile environment.
- Preferred: expertise in Playwright test automation and REST API automation.
