Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quality engineering activities with a focus on test automation.
- Design and implement automated test scripts using Playwright, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Cypress.
- Analyze complex systems and develop effective testing strategies.
- Debug and troubleshoot automation scripts to ensure reliability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and manage team performance and decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to cross-functional quality decisions.
- Identify process improvements and implement testing best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate communication around quality objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
- Proficiency in Playwright, TypeScript, JavaScript, and investment banking is required.
- Experience with Cypress is specified in the additional technical requirements.
- Strong experience designing and implementing automated test scripts using Playwright.
- In-depth understanding of test automation frameworks and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective testing strategies.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Financial services experience is preferred.
