Base Salary
$185k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents using Cresta’s AI platform.
- Build AI agent integrations with external systems to ensure seamless workflow.
- Optimize AI agent performance and troubleshoot issues in complex environments.
- Collaborate with customers to gather technical requirements for AI solutions.
- Conduct interactive demos and refine solutions based on customer feedback.
- Define project milestones and coordinate execution with internal teams.
- Collaborate with PMs to define agent goals and maximize customer ROI.
- Provide technical guidance on AI agent best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and Golang.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with large language models.
- Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks and experience building such systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with system integration via APIs and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to use data-driven decision-making to refine solutions.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
