Base Salary
$89k - $133k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve and document application errors.
- Gather requirements and develop and test changes to UKG Pro WFM modules.
- Implement changes in Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation, Forecasting, and Advanced Scheduling modules.
- Follow change-management processes for production-system changes.
- Integrate HR and business processes in UKG Pro WFM with existing HR platforms, including Workday and payroll systems.
- Develop working solutions in UKG and Kronos platforms for business partners and Associates.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Kronos and/or UKG Pro WFM platforms.
- Experience implementing changes in Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation, and Forecasting modules.
- Experience using, developing, and implementing Dell Boomi integrations.
- Understanding and development or configuration experience in Advanced Scheduling.
- Experience with Data Hub and Google BigQuery.
- Working knowledge of UKG Pro WFM APIs and webhooks, including integration capabilities and event-driven workflows.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Benefits
- Hybrid work arrangement based in the Richmond Westcreek corporate office or Plano Tech hub; Richmond associates work onsite 4 days per week and Plano associates work onsite 2 days per week.
- Eligible full-time hourly or commission/incentive associates can earn up to 48 hours of sick time annually and 80 to 200 hours of vacation per year after a 90-day waiting period, depending on tenure.
- Full-time salaried associates receive paid time away as needed for sick leave, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, and floating holidays, subject to manager approval.
- Six paid scheduled holidays and one floating holiday are provided, with holiday premium pay when eligible associates work on a scheduled holiday.
- May be eligible for bonus and equity.
