Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Perform root-cause analysis, diagnose, resolve, and document application errors.
- Gather requirements and develop, configure, test, and implement changes across UKG Pro WFM modules.
- Support Timekeeping, Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Forecasting, and Advanced Scheduling functionality.
- Follow change-management processes for production-system changes.
- Integrate UKG Pro WFM business and HR processes with Workday, payroll, and other existing HR platforms.
- Develop and implement Dell Boomi integrations and work with UKG APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Kronos and/or UKG Pro WFM platforms.
- Experience implementing changes in Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Attestation, and Forecasting modules.
- Experience using, developing, and implementing Dell Boomi integrations.
- Understanding and development or configuration experience in Advanced Scheduling.
- Experience with Data Hub and Google BigQuery.
- Working knowledge of UKG Pro WFM APIs and webhooks, including integration capabilities and event-driven workflows.
- Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; sponsorship will not be considered for this role.
Benefits
- Hybrid work arrangement based in Richmond, Virginia, or Plano, Texas; Richmond associates work onsite 4 days per week and Plano associates 2 days per week.
