Base Salary
$81k - $146k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
- Support Kubernetes deployment automation, GitOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, observability, cloud-native deployment, and release management.
- Assess client delivery maturity, identify improvement opportunities, and implement platform engineering best practices.
- Enable AI-powered software delivery through LLM evaluation workflows, AI-assisted development, model deployment automation, and governance controls.
- Develop reusable accelerators, templates, playbooks, reference architectures, and engineering standards.
- Develop automation solutions and engineering tooling using Python and API integrations.
- Support consulting and client-facing enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related disciplines, including production CI/CD experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions and experience with one or more enterprise CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, Buildkite, or Jenkins.
- Experience with Kubernetes, GitOps solutions such as ArgoCD or Flux, Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi, and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Experience implementing observability solutions involving OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, metrics collection, logging, and software delivery performance measurement.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled applications, LLM workflows, AI development tooling, or agent-based systems in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with progressive delivery solutions such as Argo Rollouts, Flagger, or LaunchDarkly.
- Exposure to AI evaluation, testing, and governance frameworks such as Promptfoo, DeepEval, Ragas, LangSmith, or Braintrust.
- Experience developing reusable developer platforms, engineering accelerators, standards, and enablement assets.
- Consulting, advisory, or client-facing experience supporting enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
