Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build a centralized reliability command center for system health monitoring.
- Create AI agents for incident triage and root-cause exploration.
- Develop developer-facing features and APIs for data exploration and debugging.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to prototype and ship code quickly.
- Own projects end-to-end, from requirements to implementation and feedback.
- Collaborate with product, infra, data, and SRE teams to address pain points.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with data-intensive applications.
- Ability to take ambiguous requirements and iterate towards solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Practical use of LLMs or AI frameworks for automation.
