Base Salary
$248k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable foundations for host outreach and notification experiences.
- Architect and develop backend systems and full-stack products at enterprise scale.
- Explore and implement AI technologies to improve the partner integration platform and development cycles.
- Set technical direction and strategy while leading project teams and collaborating with Product and Data Science teams.
- Perform design and code reviews and mentor other engineers.
- Partner with design, product marketing, prototyping, and other cross-functional teams to improve guest-host communication experiences.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience building, leading, and architecting full-stack products and systems at enterprise scale with significant impact.
- Experience applying modern artificial intelligence technologies to products and development cycles.
- Hands-on technical leadership experience, including leading project teams and setting technical direction and strategy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working across teams and organizations on technical initiatives.
