Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, build, and configure custom software applications and components.
- Lead application design and development efforts and act as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, make team decisions, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Integrate Pega applications with other systems and troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and guide team capability development.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience is required; the additional requirements specify six to seven years of Pega Platform experience.
- Proficiency in Pega Platform is required.
- Mandatory Pega CSA and CSSA certifications are required.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies is required.
- Experience integrating Pega applications with other systems is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively is required.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is required.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
